Do you mean make another SMTP virtual server? I was thinking of trying this
but couldn't figure out how I would direct one domain to the new virtual
server. I don't think security is the way. The only way I can do security is
to enable authentication but isn't that going to prevent all incoming email?

In Exchange 2003 I believe you can do this using the security settings on the.
smtp connectors. Basically you'd set up 2 connectors, both for the default
route (*), but on one of them you'd only allow use by users who have an
address in the one domain, and set it to forward to your security device.
The other connector would allow use by anyone excpept users in the one
domain, and forward via your normal route.

I have Exchange server 2003. I host several domains on my server. Is it
possible to configure the server to to route outbound email from one domain
to one IP address and outbound email from another domain to another IP
address.
Right now, all outbound email goes out through the default route. What I
want to do is have email from one domain routed through an email security
device within my network.
Can I do this or do I have to route all outbound email through the device?
