Whole disk encryption for Exchange

Hi.
I've been requested (ordered) by my boss to look into disk encryption
on windows servers, and I would like to see if anyone has tried this
before or could offer any advice (appart from don't do it!). He's said
it must be FIPS 140 approved. The senario is, our company has an
Exchange 2003 server that is currently being shipped between our
various branch offices to move mailboxes about so it doesn't kill our
underfunded, string powered network. All was well until now as I've
been told we must encrypt the hard disk where Exchange and it's
databases are stored (branch financial \ sales). Looked up windows
file encryption, that seems to be a no-go and not supported by
Microsoft, also boss wants all wholedisk encryption.
So..... can anyone advise of any hard disk encryption software that
will work on a windows 2003 server, AND that is ok with Exchange 2003?
Not too worried about a performance loss as we're almost finished
moving stuff about, it just needs to work ok.
I had a looked at PGP as our sales people have PGP desktop on their
laptops, but our reseller advised it's not supported on windows 2003
server, so thats sadly out.
Thanks in advance
Jay
