Wherever they're needed.
On the server side
(IIS or computer?)
Exchange, too.
On the client side (Internet Explorer ?).
No, in the certificate store. Probably in the machine's store but
certainly in the user's if you can't install it for the machine.
I tried
everywhere with no luck.
