Bulk Calendar Permission Changes

I am part of a college that has over 300 users.
We require over 100 of these users to have their calendars shared. There
will be 3 types of sharing permissions, namely Reviewer, Owner and Author.
There will be 3 security groups created of which each will be given one
of the the 3 calendar permissions. Any number of users may be added into
each security group.
Depending on which group you may be added into determines what level of
calender permission you have on the 100 users
Now i can go into each individual user and set the permissions manually,
but i am wondering if there is a utility to do this in bulk.
I have looked at PFDAVAdmin, but this seems to be an 'all users or nothing'
utility
