you can ask your users to export their OSTs to PST and then import it back to their new mailboxes. Make sure that they do not synchronize with server before they export the OSTs to PSTs.

Hi all..
I recently had a HDD crash were my EX2003 SP2 resides (no backup available). Allmost all my users have been using cached exchange mode so they have a copy of their mailbox in a OST file. I was thinking about creating a new dial-tone DB, but If do this I understand that we'll lost the reference to the old mailbox and hence won't be able to use the .ost file. Is there any way to reconnect and .ost to a new mailbox. Any other ideas on how to deal with this issue?
Thanks in advance
regards,
EG
