Hi,
You can assign Send As permissions to a specific user on a mail enabled Security Group so that user can send using the email address of the security group.

Hi There,
I have googled this and seen some third party solutions, but wondered if anyone has any thoughts.
I have a client with Windows 2003 and Exchange.
They have more than one domain setup for emails.
But only one address can be the default address for users.
So when someone ( as part of distribution group ) receives ( for example ) an email to sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, but their default email is fred@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, the reply shows fred@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Also, just thinking of other ways to do this.
Is it possible to share a distribution group's email in outlook ?
Or if I want to allow users to access the email that was part of the distribution group, just set it up as a normal mailbox and share it ? ( dropping the distribution way of doing it. )
Hope this makes sense !
cheers, Dave Porter
