e2k7 sp1 update rollup 3 public database State: Dirty Shutdown

having issues with BEWSv12 and this database has never been backed up -
created few days ago and contains replicated folders that still exist in
other databases as well. this database can be mounted and used but state is
as below - how can we fix that? last log file is E0200001D9D.log
