I have added there group in the Exchange Delegation Wizard as Exchange
View
only Administrators. On the Mailbox Store They have the permissions to
Read,
Execute, Read Permissions, List Contents, Read Properties, List Object,
View
Information Store Status.
They still cannot create mailboxes even though they can create accounts.
Do
I need to change something in Active Directory also?
