It would be the FQDN that external users use to connect to Active

Integrated Windows Authentication on CAS01 and CAS02, ActiveSync will not
work for anyone.
I enable Basic Authentication again on CAS01 and it will work for people in
Site 01 only.

How can I get this to work for everyone?

If CAS02 is not Internet facing, then you need to enable Int Auth on
the AS directory:

ISA may screw this up, but that is how its supposed to work.


BTW, I have read the Technet article above and also the article on the
MSExchangeTeam blog with reagrds to Proxying Exchange Client Access Servers
and I am still none the wiser.
