[help] Exchange 2007 warning name Cert !

When i login use all user in exchange 2007 then receive warning certificate
on server exchange .
Action of me :
1.Default web site in IIS 6.0 remove Certficate Authority old .
2.Renew a Certificate and rename common name of domain new .
When login use all user then message warning Name certificate not right but
login success and run normall !

Please help me don't show message warning .
