Please let us know some more information such as how did you disable the
mailbox? Are you using Exchange server 2003 or 2007?
If you disabled it via Exchange Management Console on Exchange server,
please go to "Recipient Configuration" -> "Disconnected Mailbox" , the user
shoud be listed. Select the user and clieck "Connect..." on the right
Actions panel to reconnect it to the user you want.
