If you turn on logging then the next time the problem occurs you'll have
logs to review. If the problem never reoccurs, then you've not lost much by
turning on logging.

Ah, I see..... so w/o the benefit of logging, there's really no way to
troubleshoot my issue since I don't actually have logs to look at,
correct?

need to turn on SMTP logging, which I don't believe I have done (most
