Exchange 2003 Hardware Replacement

We are replacing our current Exchange 2003 Server/Certificate Authority with
a new server.
The current server is running Windows 2000 Server, and is our only exchange
server.

The new server will be setup with windows 2003.

My understanding is that to move the Certificate Authority to the new server
it must be running the same OS.

So I beleive this is what I need to do:

1. Upgrade the current server to Windows 2003
2. Install Windows 2003 on the new server and follow
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997176(EXCHG.65).aspx to setup
the new server with Exchange 2003
3. Follow http://support.microsoft.com/kb/298138 to setup the certificate
authority.

Does this sound correct?

Any issues I may encounter?
