Enable diagnostic logging for msexchangeis\logons. Maybe that mailbox
got locked from exceeding too many session for whatever odd reason in
which a restart of IS flushes. Also was this the first case or is this
systemic?

I am currently in the process of installing a new exchange server in our
company. I have installed Exchange 2003 and in the process of moving the
mailboxes. All users run outlook 2000 or xp. Some of the mailboxes i have
moved successfully but others i have some problems with. When i move them
and the client goes to open outlook they get the following error
"Unable to expand the folder. The set of folders could not be opened. The
Microsoft Exchange server computer has been temporarily halted. Contact your
system administrator (OLDSERVER).
We are running the move mailbox from the new 2003. I can get this working if
i restart the Microsoft Information Store. Does anyone have any thoughts?
