SCL's

New to exchange 2007. When I set up the IMF/spam it routs junk mail to a user mailbox. In exchange 2003 when using IMF filter I could see who the send of the email was. Now in 07 it says it is from Administrator. Is there a way to change/customize this. I enable scl field so I could view the scl score in outlook but it displays the X-MS-Exchange Organization-SC:-1 not the X-MS-Exchange Organization-Original -SCl-7 which is the one that should be showing. I guess I'm looking for a simple way to view mail caught like I was able to in Exchange 2003 with the IMF Filter.
