Hi Mike,
Thanks for updating on me.
Do you mean after you have confirmed the ContentType is already set to
Mimetext and recipients still get html format emails from your domain? If
so, I would like to clarify:
1. What client your domain users are using to send out emails? Outlook or
OWA or other programs?
2. Does this issue occurs to all users when they send emails?
The MimeText, ContentType should convert all mails to Plain Text only.
However, the result whether it is Plain text also depends on the clients'
settings. If they change the format to HTML or Rich Text in Outlook the
recipient still get HTML or Rich Text. Therefore, there is no such a
"force format" on the Exchange server, users have to configured the format
on the clients first.
For more information, please refer to the below article:
Change the message format to HTML, Rich Text, or plain text

suddenly all emails in outlook 2007 are show as plain text. What's wrong?

Hope this helps.
