Those folders are all server-specific so you need not replicate them to the
other server. You may simply delete them.

Current config:
2 exchange 2k3 FE server ( owa01, owa02 insalled with exchange 2k3 sp2);
2 exchange 2k3 BE server (1 exchange server (mail01) without any exchange
sp; another one exchange 2k3 server (mail05) installed with exchange sp2).

I have a project to remove owa01 and mail01, I found the following doc:

It mention I need to replicate all public folder and some system folders.
In
my environment, I found the following system folders:

Events Root (with subfolder)
Nntp control folder

OWAScratchPad{1F642E02-DBD8-4A3B-A507-67124570D26A}
OWAScratchPad{40B5E387-2D19-476E-AD94-EE34BCC8AABE}

schema-root (with subfolder)

SYSTEM CONFIGURATION

Some system folders have not been mentioned in the above doc, eg Events
Root, Nntp control folder, OWAScratchPad, StoreEvents and SYSTEM
CONFIGURATION, some of these folders also have subfolders.
Should I replicate all these subfolder to MAIL05 also?
Any harmful to exchange if I replicate all these system folders to MAIL05?

I found in the "Replication tab page" of some system folder, these is no
replica there, How I can which server host this system folder?

Anything I need to pay special concern when I remove the owa01 (FE server)
and mail01 (BE server) from site?
