I have manually stopped the following services to apply this patch
once again.
All Exchange services, IIS admin, smtp, ftp, http ssl, wwwp.
I installed the patch using the command line.
patch.exe /passive /promptrestart /log:c:\temp\log\ /ER
I thought I had stopped all the necessary services to apply the patch
without a restart. Microsoft's bulletin on the patch says restart
isn't necessary.

I still had to restart the server.

Lastly, an accompanying bulletin from MS on this patch lists the files
that will change along with their new file dates, versions, size, etc.

After I apply this patch the file dates for mdgmsg.dll and owaauth.dll
both report a date of 6/9/2008 instead of 6/10/2008. The file
versions are accurate, but it's weird that the dates are off.
