1. Where can I find the messages that are queued in "Remote Queue". I found
600 messages pending in "Remote Queue" however; I was not able to physically
find the messages on the server.
I tried searching complete server for *.eml. No luck.
I searched all the folders Pickup, Queue, & BadMail
The messages are probably in the .stm file or the .edb file.
2. We have two backend servers configured to send remote messages through
smart host. We had issue with the one of the backend server sending remote
message through smart host. How to reroute the remote messages from one
server to other?
From one mailbox server to another? You can't.
Are you saying that the mailbox servers are sending the messages
directly to the smart host? If so, where do you want the messages to
go?
It would help if you said what the problem was and how things are
connected and how you direct the mail to the smart host.
