It seems to be happening regardless of whether they select her from
the GAL, the name cache, or type out her full email address.

Due to operator error, one of our users on Exchange had her mailbox
deleted. It was then recreated, with the same alias and email
address. Now, external emails are delivered to it just fine, but
emails from the same domain come back as undeliverable. She shows up
in the outlook address book for the domain.
Any ideas on how I can make it so internal emails work, too?
