Attachements lose extension from Mac osx

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Whenever a Mac OSX entourage 10 user sends email to me or anyone in our
domain (outlook 2003/exchange2003sp2) I get no extension on the
attachement.
I had him send it to my home account and I received the extension so
Exchange is stripping it?

How can I fix this

Thanks

Carl
