Strange owa problem after icw

SBS 2003
1.I get page can not be displayed when connecting externally.
2. I can connect internally from other computers when i type in name
or ip of server.
3. In IIS under home directory, "a redirection to a url" > "/
exchange" > "a directory below url entered" are selected
4. when i right click on default website and select browse, the right
window fills in with the standard owa login page.
5. fire wall is a netcreen, http and https are open.
6. Everything worked untill i ran the Internet connection wizard
because the damn notification in the sys tray kept popping up saying
that the computer would self-destruct if i didn't run it - go figure.
7. I think i am definitely hitting the box externally because when i
change parameters in iis i get different error screens. For example
if
i change to "deny all ips" in iis i will get the forbidden screen
externally.

Any ideas???
