Palm treo with activesync -errors

I have an exchange2003sp2 server and am trying to setup a palm treo 700wx
windows mobile 5
activesync 4.5. I have had many problems and research has made it a bit
confusing. 1st I get an error 85010014
and I think that is because I have forms based ssl for owa. So I found an
article that tells me I need to create another virtual directory. I only
have 1 ssl cert from rapidssl for our wemail server. I thought I could use
that but now it wont import. Does anybody have a howto for the small office
environement? Our domain is very small. We dont have any
certificate servers, we would just like to use the one we have or if needed,
buy another from godaddy or someone.
