Hello.

I am trying to work out move mailbox performance stats for an Exchange
2003 to Exchange 2007 mailbox move.
Can anyone advise if there is any benchmark stats, or how I would work
this out?

Ok I know it's down to mailbox size \ number of messages and network
bandwith, but I was wondering if there was any published stats on the
net, or the best way to monitor this in order to obtain the stats
myself.
