Remote admin in mixed environment

I have Exchange2000 server hosted on Win2000 server and WindowsXP clients.
In order to remotely administer both Active Directory and Exchange, I
installed the Windows2003 adminpack on XP because you cannot install the
2000 version on XP. AD administration works fine so far. If I try to install
exchange 2000 console on XP though this cannot be done. So, how can I
remotely manage Exchange2000 from XP?
