Re: "You do not have permission to send to this recipient"

Restarting the workstation does not solve the problem.
I will try to remove the user profile and recreate.

I've seen similar behavior before - but in a very limited fashion. We
were
able to restart the workstation, and the symptoms subsided.

This user has only Exchange service. Problem when he reply to "all"
(internet email) and only that domain email address bounce back. When he
manually type that email address onto the To: field, it works, mail
deliveried.

So far did not try on OWA.

One of the user REPLIED an internet email and got the below error
message. Happened on some of the internet domain only! I tried to
send the email out from my machine using my email account and it is
ok. What could be problem?
Authentication is not necessary on the email system when user send out
email.

Error message:
"You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For
assistance, contact your system administrator.
MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=com/DC=domain:servername"

What services this user have in his/her mail profile - only Exchange?
Can this user e-mail that recipient directly?
What about using OWA for the reply or a new mail?

Please include your full versions & service pack levels of everything
when
you post in here - answers often vary by version.
