Martin,
Thank you for your reply. I guess I am not following the process or what
the benefit is of SIS then. The group of editors is around 40 people. The
group will send the draft publication to all 40 people in the group daily and
the attachment may be 20MB. Will the IS grow 4GB by the end of the week and
each users mailbox will grow 100MB per week?

And with regards to SIS, the company only has 1 Information Store. So

SIS work with just the mail message or every attachment as well? Guy I
worked with said that he sent a message to 10 users with a 10MB attachment
and that each users mailbox sizes went up by 1 message and 10MB. I did
not
run this test, I am just going by what he is telling me.
That's to be expected even with SIS.
If I send a 1 MB email to 10 people, the total store space used will be 1
MB. But it will still count as 1 MB against each users mailbox.
There is no free lunch in that regards.
