Cannot connect to Exchange Server

Hi all,
Last Tuesday I reinstalled IIS 6 on our Windows 2003 Server (big
mistake) and ever since no one in the office has been able to connect
to Exchange through Outlook. I have since reinstalled Exchange
(multiple times) to no avail.
When attempting to connect, it tries and then just fails - not even an
error message and nothing in Event Viewer on the server. Today I
removed my connection to Exchange from and tried to recreate it, but
received and error when trying to check the name that the server was
unavailable.
All the services are running and stores are mounted and I'm stumped.
Could it be an authentication issue to do with IIS that isn't letting
connections through?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Aaron
