You might have better luck with SBS questions in regards to Exchange posting to the SBS Newsgroup. Since everything was working fine until you installed ISA Server its most likely you do not have it configured properly to pass EAS traffic.

I am using Exchange server that came with SBS2003 and Windows Mobile
5. I get the support code 0x85010004. I've tried a lot of suggestions
that are mentioned on the web, but nothing worked. I followed the
steps below and still. Active Sync used to work fine until the ISA
server was installed at our company.

OWA works fine with SSL and forms based authentication. When i
disable
forms based authentication OWA stops working even when accessing the
server locally. I have only one exchange server.
When i try to access the address of the oma as follows:
https://companyname/oma
https://companyname/exchange-oma
https://companyname/microsoft-server-activesync
with or without the 's' in https, i get the following error:
Error Code: 403 Forbidden. The server denied the specified Uniform
Resource Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202)
Any new ideas?
