Sorry to post this here, but I can't find a forum for the Microsoft
website.
I was just looking for an answer to an exchange problem and I found a link
to
a knowledge base article. I clicked on it and got a 'internet explorer
cannot
display this webpage' message. I tried going to microsoft.com then clicked
on
'support' and I now get a new floating menu with little pictures for
Knowledge base etc -if I click on any of them I get a completely blank
page
in ie6 or firefox, and a 'cannot display this page' message in ie7. What's
going on? This is the same from any PC or server in my organization. Is
anyone else geting this problem. I can't contact Microsoft as the contacts
link doesn't go anyhwere either!
.
