DS2MB missing in IIS Metabase Explore

So I am having some problems with Active Sync for Mobility with my
Exchange Server 2003 so I found many articles describing about
deleting the 6 virtual directories as well as the DS2MB in the
Metabase Explore. Couple Problems

1. The OMA Virtual director is missing
2. The DS2MB in the Metabase Explore is not listed under LM

Never knew I had a problem because everything seems to be working
fine, I didnt discover it until I tried to sync some cell phones.

What can I do next to fix this problem?
