I dont get the Establish.....It just says move or delete.
I did click the checkbox for "Hide from address list."
Could that be causing a problem?

I then created a new distribution group and added my internal email address,
and the newly created contact (with an external email address) to AD.
One of my servers sends an email to the distribution list whenever a certain
alarm occurs.
I manually test the alarm and the software sends out an email and only my
internal email address get the email.
Am i missing somethign with setting up the contact with an external email
address?
Should it also be SMTP?
