checkdns.nethttp://www.checkdns.net/quickcheckdomainf.aspx. Getting
421 temporary envelope failure. Could be either greylisting or DNS
issue on their end. I would contact them directly if possible. There
is nothing you can do on your end other then ensure that your DNS
records are good; have spf record etc.

The delay is on their end.
