Re: Is there a way to ensure that a message always shows up in a person's Inbox?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Could you elaborate a little more on this?
Is there an issue here or something else going on that would keep the message from being delivered?

I'm trying to find out if there is a way to ensure that a specific message that is sent out, e.g. an alert type message, is not processed by any rules, client or server side, and is delivered to a person's Inbox. Is there anyway to make this happen?

I'm using Exchange 2003 and the clients are Outlook 2003 and 2007.

Thanks!
