Is the Lexmark printer "from" address a legit email address on your system?
Also, point the Lexmark straight to the Exchange servers SMTP, bypass the filtering.

I have client whos is running exchange server 2003 on Wndows Server 2003
standard. he has a lexmark all in one printer from which he scans to
e-mail. The e-mail sender is Tech@*******.com REcently the e-mails with the
scans have not been delivered to their intended recipient who has a mailbox
on the server. I have used message tracking and seen that the error is "The
Advanced queue failed to delier the message". They are running GFI and
Symantec mail protection on the server. I disabled both of these and tried
again. Still the message was not received. I checked the event logs and saw
not errors relating to this attempt. I also checked the message queues and
did not see the message enter or exit.
ANy solutions would be appreciated.
