Thanks for you help.

I read the web page, and I could only find information how to grant the send
as permission for a mailbox.

I could not find how to delegate the send as permission to another user in
this web page.

There is information on delegation in the following page:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996881(EXCHG.80).aspx

But I cannot find what I want in this web page also.

I will try to explain again what I need:

What are the minimum required permissions that a user should have in order
to grant the send as and full mailbox permissions (for delegation purposes)?
