You can use Message Tracking.

Hi all,
The headers of external e-mails can be viewed through Outlook. The headers
are empty when an e-mail is sent between users in the organization (which
makes sense). Is it possible to find out the hostname if a mail is send
within the organization?
Thanx in advance!
