Re: Display plain text messages in a fixed-sized font

Hello Customer,

Thank you for your reply.

This option only works for plain text emails.

I understand that you would like force incoming emails to use plain-text,
please check if following setting address your concern:

1. Open Exchange System Manager.
2. Expand the Global Settings container and select Internet Message Formats.
3. Double click the default policy in the right pane.
4. Click Message Format tab.
5. Select MIME and select Provide message body as plain text.
6. Click OK.

Please check if it works as you wish.

Best regards,

Manfred Zhuang(MSFT)

| Hello Manfred, thank you for answering my question.
|
| Does it means that all incoming emails (even with rich text formatted) to
| this mailbox store with this option ON then be formatted to fixed-sized
font
| too or just plain-text?
|
| If not, is there away to force incoming emails for either a user/mailbox
| store to use use plain-text only?
|
| thannks
