Re: Active Sync issues with attachments

Rich,

I spoke with them a bit ago and was told that there is no link for the rest
of the message but that things are okay and are working. They suspect that
they need to recreate the profile on the phone?

Thanks,

Cary

Rich,

Here comes the best answer in the world....I do not know. I do no deal
with this client...my colleagues asked me to assist.

I will ask them and post back in the AM. Thanks.

Cary

PS. Since they end users are indeed receiving the attachment in their
Inbox I would agree that Postini is not the culprit.

Then Postini's got nothing to do with it. :-)

When you say they aren't getting the attachments, does that mean that
there's no link to click to download the rest of the message on the
next send/receive? Attachments are a lot bigger than the default .5KB
of message that a PPC/SmartPhone will download. AFAIK there's nothing
in Exchange that would remove an attachment sent to a mobile device.
