Update: users are indeed receiving the attachments in their Outlook Inbox
but not on the Hand Helds....
Thanks,
Cary

Lanwench,
Kinda what I was thinking...nothing on the EXCH2007 box is doing anything
that has not already been examined.
Thanks,
Cary

Good morning!
Exchange 2007 SP1. We have enabled and configured the Active Sync
policy. Nothing fancy and nothing secure. Still, users are having
issues getting the attachment (read: not getting them at all). AntiSpam
is disabled (was enabled and working just fine, but then we
put in Postini and disabled Anti-Spam),
No Edge Server in this single box environment.
Outside of looking in Postini where to start looking?
Thanks,
Cary
Starting in Postini is precisely the right way to go, I'd say.
