Internet Information Services (IIS)

Any error messages displayed? If the requests are reaching the server, then.
there should be a status message returned - something like '404 - Page Not
Found', or '401 - Access Denied'. If the requests aren't even reaching the
server, then it will just say something like 'Can't reach server, or DNS
error'.

My users normally use webmail.domainname.com to connect to their
mailboxes
using OWA. For some reason some users have to put the word exchange at
the
end of the website (webmail.domainname.com/exchange) so they can log
in.
How do I correct this issue?
As you probably know, it should be the same for everyone. What happens
when
the users that need to type the /exchange leave it off? Do they see the
server's Default Web Site?
Lee.
