Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance



Open IIS:

Right click the site (you can also just secure certain virtual directories)
| Properties | Directory Security | New Certificate - then follow process to
assign your new cert.

Ensure you go into:

Web site | Advanced | Add under SSL section - configure port for SSL (443)

Note: there was no need to have deleted those old certs - not until you had
seen the new cert was succesfully working for SSL OWA.
