Outlook Anywhere Question

I set up outlook anywhere and got it all working just fine. I do have a
question though.
I'm set up to use NTLM authentication.
If I have a user who has a laptop, that is part of the domain, and I set up
their outlook to be anywhere access enabled, should it be asking for the
username/password each time outlook is opened (no other time).
It doesn't just use their current login info to authenticate, it asks
anyway....is this normal behavior?
My reasoning is...it would be nice for them to just be able to open outlook
and it work as if they had a regular desktop on the domain. If they take
their laptop home and login through cached settings it should still retain
their login info so they woudln't have to login there either.
