I am able to enumerate it fine with that cmdlet. Let's verify if you
do indeed have more than more MAPI tree.
CN=Services
CN=Microsoft Exchange
CN=Your Exchange Org
CN=Administrative Group
CN=First Administrative Group
Highlight CN=Folder Hierarchies.
On the right pane, highlight CN=Public Folders and select properties.
Scroll down to find the attribute, msExchPFTreeType. For the value,
check if it is set. If not set, set to 1.
By default you can only have 1 MAPI PF Tree.

Hi, we want to migrate from Ex03 to Ex07. The Ex07 server installed without
problems. After I set up the databases for the storage groups I marked some
public folders for replication to Ex07.
When I try to manage public folders on Ex07 I get an error message:
example in the power shell:
[PS] C:\>Get-PublicFolder -Identity "\NON_IPM_SUBTREE" -Recurse |
Format-List Name
Name : NON_IPM_SUBTREE
Name : EFORMS REGISTRY
Get-PublicFolder : There are multiple MAPI public trees found.
At line:1 char:17
+ Get-PublicFolder <<<< -Identity "\NON_IPM_SUBTREE" -Recurse | Format-List
Name
When I view the database in Ex03 system manager the folders are there.
How can I solve this problem and get the folders managed with Ex07?
Thank you!
