Hello,

Is there a way to stop users from creating a rule that automatically
forwards their company E-Mail to a personal E-mail?

Thanks.

Waste of time trying. They'll just forward the mail some other way.

True, but if the policy is that this is a forbidden activity then it's
actionable when the policy is violated.

The automated forwarding can be prohibited. That, at least, prevents
the "unconcious disclosure" of any confidential material and there's
no "I didn't mean to do it" defense.

Why is it that you want to do this?

The protection of intellectual property comes to mind. Sure, DRM is
supposed to be better, but how many places do you know that use it?
