Exchange Server 2007 does not have a similar reporting functionality.
You do have Messaging Records Management (MRM) logs.

We are running Exchange 2007. I run a Managed Folder Mailbox Policy every
night that permanently deletes the items in Deleted Folders which are more
than a week old. In Exchange 2003, I used to get a report emailed to me
by Exchange, showing how much has been deleted. Is there a way to get
something like that in Exchange 2007?
Thanks.
