I think we are not understanding each other.
Let me see if I can make it more clear.
On the EMC -> Org Config -> Hub Transport -> Accepted Domains, I have 4
domain names that my organization accepts emails for.
I have DOMAINA.com, DOMAINB.com, DOMAINC.com and DOMAIND.com.
All of them are authoritative.

This means that all of my users can accept emails going to any of those
domains. For example the SAME user can accept email to joe@xxxxxxxxxxx and
joe@xxxxxxxxxxxx Any email sent to either of those email addresses will show
up on joe's inbox. Same users, two differnet domain names or aliases. Under
Joe's mailbox properties email addresses, all of these different emails would
show up as aliases. But only joe@xxxxxxxxxxx would be the default or "Set as
Reply".

I can change his reply to any of the different addresses there so any
outgoing address from joe would have the reply address selected.

But my question is, how do I let Joe select whichever of his addresses as
the reply address whenever he writes or replies to an email.

I want to make it so Joe can select joe@xxxxxxxxxxx or joe@xxxxxxxxxxx on
the fly for any of his emails.

Again, is this user with 2 different proxy addresses / aliases?
Or 2 user accounts with different mailboxes?
One AD account cannot "own" or be associated with 2 mailboxes at the same
time. The account may have one mailbox, and Send As permissions on other
mailboxes. Or it may have different email addresses / aliases.
Both cases have been outlined in my prev response - I'm suspecting it's a
user with different email addresses.
