SM install question

I need to install the system manager only for Exchange 2003 sp2 on another
win2k3 server to support Blackberry Enterprise server. When I start the
install I get several incompatibility warnings that Exchange is not
compatible with the win2k3 server.

I'm presuming I can complete the install and then apply Exchange sp2 and all
will be well but thought I would ask the question here first.
