Read only mailbox access

Hi,

 

Is there anyway to enable one Mailbox full read access to all folders from another Mailbox without individually sharing each folder?

 

My clients are Outlook 2003 and my back end system is Exchange 2007 SP1.

 

I realise you can give FULL ACCESS to other Mailbox via the shell but this is too much access!
