Whta will rerunning setup with the /domioanprep switch do?

Hello Customer,.
Thank you for update.
Based on my research, the offline address book have nothing to do with the
Exchange 5.5 server.
For the offline address book error, I suggest you try the following steps:
1. Stop and restart each of the Exchange 2003 services.
2. Restart the server.
3. Run Exchange 2003 Setup again with the /DomainPrep switch.
I hope these steps will give you some help.
Thanks and have a nice day!
